These General Terms and Conditions of Sale online (hereinafter "GCS") govern the contract (hereinafter "AGREEMENT") for the sale of clothing and accessory products marked exclusively by the Crinoline couture brand (hereinafter "PRODUCTS") produced by Crinoline couture by Michele Armento, via Piacenza 81 red, 16138 Genova, VAT number IT02100440995 CF RMNMHL81P15D969M- through its website www.crinolinecouture.it (hereafter "SITE") to users of the SITE (hereinafter "CUSTOMER" or "CUSTOMERS" ").
On the SITE, for each item there are important information, product description and materials used, useful for an informed and informed purchase by the CUSTOMER.
In these GCS, the term CUSTOMER or CUSTOMERS means the "consumer" or "consumers" as per article 3, co. 1, lett. a), of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (hereinafter "CODE"), that is the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried out.
2. EFFECTIVENESS AND MODIFICATION OF THE GCS
The GCS applicable to the sale of the PRODUCTS are those published on the SITE, on the date of the order relating to the PRODUCTS. The CUSTOMER, therefore, must view the GCS, every time he intends to make a purchase on the SITE.
The mere tolerance or failure to contest Crinoline couture of any breaches by the CUSTOMER with respect to what is contained in the GCS cannot be interpreted as tacit acceptance of these defaults, nor as a desire to derogate from what was agreed between the parties.
3. PURCHASE PROCEDURE
The CUSTOMER who intends to proceed with the purchase of the PRODUCTS must manifest this will by registering his / her data and a request made directly on the SITE where, following the purchase procedure indicated therein, he / she will forward his electronic order electronically purchase (hereinafter "ORDER") and the related payment.
The order form contains a reference to the GCS and a summary of the information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes and duties), the chosen means of payment, the delivery methods of the products purchased , of shipping and delivery costs: before sending the ORDER, the CUSTOMER must carefully read the entire content, identify and correct any errors in data entry.
4 RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF GOODS
Crinoline couture undertakes to send the purchased items as soon as possible, upon receipt of the goods, the customer is required to verify the integrity and conformity of his purchase.
In the event that the item is not to the liking, the customer can ask to return it by opting for a refund or for the replacement of the goods with items of equal value.
the return will be accepted within a week of receipt and only and exclusively if the meter has not been used, it is intended never worn, perfectly intact and with the tag still applied, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
In the event of a return, the shipping costs are charged to the customer, both for the initial shipment and for the return.
